Preludes at Slifka Center

Starting one hour before each of the four Thursday Woolsey concerts, join Maestro Boughton or a guest speaker to hear insights about the music. These engaging, half hour interludes are convenient, enlightening and, best of all, free!

The Slifka Center is at 80 Wall Street, between College and Temple streets, a block away from Woolsey Hall. Seating is on a first-come first-served basis. Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale is an independent not-for-profit organization that provides kosher dining as well as cultural and religious activities for Jewish students, staff and faculty at Yale as well as for the greater New Haven community.

Preludes for the 2008 March and May Symphony Series concerts are at the President’s Room, located on the second floor of Woolsey Hall.
