Note: You do not need to be a member of the AFM in order to audition, but you must join local 234
within 30 days of signing a contract with the NHSO.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must be authorized to work and have a social security number in order
to be hired as a musician with the New Haven Symphony Orchestra. Please submit copies of all pertinent
documents along with this information sheet. We cannot assign an audition time with an incomplete application.
